High loading shovel
Petro, Roman ; Lžičař, Roman (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis solves construction project high dumping shovel for back hoe loader New Holland B100 and B110. There are described operating conditions in the introduction, transport material and technical parameters for back hoe loader B100, B110. There are mentioned possible construction’s solutions and own design. Follow the kinematics analysis of material’s dumping and the static analysis on shovel and frame. This is connected with following peg’s control and the solidity analysis of shovel and frame for different load cases, where the MFE was used
Preparation and characterization of poly-3-hydroxybutyrate copolymers
Kolomazník, Vít ; Kupka, Vojtěch (referee) ; Porubský, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis evaluates the synthesis of copolymers based on poly-3-hydroxybutyrate (PHB). The goal is to create a material with the highest possible concetration of PHB with the smallest possible volume of crystal phase. PHB with lower molecular weight and hydroxyl end groups used for polyurethane synthesis was prepared by alcoholysis of PHB polymer with 1,4 butanediol. Polyethylene glycole (PEG) of various molar mass and ratio values was chosen in this thesis as a second reacting substance. Another substance used for copolymeration with PHB was the poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) PBAT. Both variants used hexamethylenediisocyanate (HDI) as a non-toxic bonding agent. From these substances, a block copolymers comprised of soft and hard segments were formed. Hard segments are a result of PHB and it‘s crystalic structure. Soft segmets are comprised of PEG or PBAT macromolecules. The influence of soft segments of various length and molar ratio of reactants on overal polyurethane properties was evaluated. Prepared materials were charactrerized by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Molecular weight was measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC).
Adhesion of the Hydrogels based on Poly(vinylalcohol)
Přibyl, Jiří ; Trudičová, Monika (referee) ; Kalina, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor thesis was focused on the study of adhesion properties of hydrogels based on polyvinyl alcohol using a rheometer. The used hydrogels were divided into three groups, physical, chemical, and modified with starch, PEG or gelatin. Subsequently, the adhesion properties of the hydrogels were determined using a pull off test measured on a rheometer. From the experimental results, the dependences of the adhesion properties on various parameters such as concentration, molecular weight, freezing / thawing process, amount of glutaraldehyde addition and on the type and ratio of added additive were determined. From the following results, it was found that starch is suitable as an additive for increasing the adhesion properties, and on the other side, PEG can be used to reduce the adhesion properties.
Synthesis of colloidal gold nanorods for biomedical applications
High loading shovel for telehandlers LM1345 Turbo
Dragan, Lukáš ; Kubín, Martin (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis follow up the structural design high loading shovel for telehandlers LM1345 TURBO by New Holland. The introduction processed basic characteristics and parameters of the machine and material which will be in operation most frequently transported by the shovel. The work includes static analysis load acting on the shovel and frame when the machine is operating, strength calculations and the design and control of the peg.
Nursing Issues in Patients with PEG
Konířová, Lenka ; Pavlíková, Pavla (advisor) ; Škochová, Dagmar (referee)
Bachelor thesis were written on theoretic-empirical bases. The theoretical part is dedicated to general introduction into anatomy and physiology of stomach. The following chapter is about nutrition, the explanation of the terms malnutrioton, nutritional support, enteral nutrition as well as its indications, contraindications, complications, types and forms of artificial nutrition included. The core chapter is about the implementation and treatement of PEG, the psychosocial aspects and specifice of home care included. The aim of the empiric part is to find out to what extend is the issue of PEG familiar to nurses, what are the possibilities in treatement of the patients with PEG, how the patients react to the PEG treatement and nutrition at home. A quantitative method of annonymous questionnaires was used to effectuate this survey. The tested sample formed 111 respondents/nurses and 22 respondents/patients with PEG in home care. The results of the research show that 99% of nurses are familiar with the PEG and 86% are convinced about having enough information how to treat the patient wih PEG. 66% of respondents/nurses are not familiar with any complications during PEG in hospital. The results from patients treated with PEG in home care are following: 21 respondents/patients (95%) are able to treat...
